UFO thread These days I think the UFO/UAP phenomena is largely explained by ex-military weirdos trying to make bank on book sales and speaking tours. When the money runs low they wheel the dead horse back out, maybe get Tom Delonge involved. That and good old fashioned cold war bullshit / civilian delusion. But that's not to say there are still few cases that are difficult to explain. One thing about the UFO phenomena is how often sightings seem to pre-empt aircraft/aerospace/drone tech, which would support the standard theory that the UFO phenomena is drummed up by intelligence agencies to distract from sensitive projects - or conversely, to stunt about their latest tech to hostile powers. Can also just be a way to increase funding for Skunk Works type shit (as if they don't get enough). I'm also interested in the more recent reports of drone swarms around nuclear power plants (though you wouldn't be hard pressed to find an explanation for that) One of my favourite instances of UFO lore is the Mystery Airship phenomena of the 1890s, kind of the OG UFO (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mystery_airship). One guy said he spoke to the pilots, who said they were on their way to "kill Spaniards" lmao
from: Anonymousanother perspective is that UFO phenomena largely originates as civilian delusion - then is drummed up by military intelligence to make it seem like they have big things in the works, real sci-fi shit. guys like Ben Rich (former head of Lockheed Martin Skunk Works) would say stuff like: "we have things out in the desert that are 50 years beyond what you could possibly comprehend. If you have seen it on Star Wars or Star Trek, we’ve been there done that, or decided it was not worth the effort" or "I wish I could tell you about the projects we are currently working on. They are both fascinating and fantastic. They call for technologies once only dreamed of by science fiction writers" It's probably not true, and maybe we can see these kind of comments as a kind of microcosm of the broader UFO phenomena
from: Anonymousso you havent seen one then
from: Anonymousi thought i did.. but it was probably chinese space debris or starlink satellite
from: AnonymousInteresting image of possible entrances to inner earth in the country of the united states of america. Bullshit country but undoubtably rife with reptillian control. What is everyones thoughts on the authenticity of this image and possibility of inner earth entrances being connected governmentally through a tunnel system?
from: CHADPAPI@49 Also upon reading other posts on this thread one cant help but think that some of you are snakes in the grass. I have noted names and will be vetting all future posts for factuality.
